|  I just saw the article today! I can't believe I haven't heard about this yet! Pell City isn't that far from me. I guess this incident explains why only one other person on this board has admitted to being in this state. People are afraid, and I can understand that! It angers me that in this "free" state that we have no right of privacy in our own homes. I have no "right to choose" even though my actions (in smoking pot) hurt absolutely no one and infringe upon no one's rights. (Well maybe their sense of smell, but that's only if their trying to get a whiff!) I should not be arrested for smoking pot in my home!!! |
