Ditch weed is the lowest grade weed you can find, but it still has Tetrahydrocannibinal, so it brings a euphoric feeling when smoked in large quantities, or eating in large quantities, just like regular weed. In my opinion, the only *good* use for schwag is cooking (even though ive never had it because I come from a land wher thay pretty much give bud away).

Schwag has no strain, it is just a mix of hundreds of differnt once. A Mexican farmer just tosses the seeds in the field and does not care it its male or female, then they brick it up so they can get it across the border, some shwag even has snake or mouse bones in it and alot of dirt.

i don't think you should be judging people who don't want to smoke schwagg, it's just their personal preference. i mean, i could see what you mean if they're *****ing you out for having schwagg or something, but simply turning it down...come on, grow the **** up. people have their opinions

personally i prefer higher quality, simply because the bag lasts longer and the high is better (yes, i can tell a difference, ESPECIALLY in duration). but, if schwagg or mids are all that's available (which, i've never really been stuck with schwagg, but have been w/ mids a few times), and it's not overpriced, i'll take it

and i can understand exclusively purchasing mids or schwagg, $25/8th is a bit different than $50/8th, especially if you can't tell the difference in the high (although i don't know how that's possible)

Not true!!...Some of the best weed I've smoked was Mexican...Michoacan, Oaxacan & even Acapulco Gold [yes, the actual 1]. In 1971, Gold was going for $165/lb [Chicago], & in 1973, I travelled all thru Mexico & actually bought a 1/2 lb right on an Acapulco street for $8 U.S. [wrapped in newspaper]. So what everyone calls 'schwag', which is a fairly new term, doesn't necessarily mean 'Mexican', & I know Plainsman'll back me on that.

I've also had really good brick weed, which is the way my connect transports it back from Mexico, & the reason it's bricked is for size. Look at the diff between a brick lb & a fluffed lb, about 3 times the size, so it's really done for transportation's sake.

Plus I've smoked really sh!tty, but beautiful-looking, buds that you'd swear would rip your skull off...just by the smell & taste, but end up with a mini-buzz & a headache. So, in conclusion, I'd like to finish by ending...but always remember & never forget, you can't judge a bud by its cover!!!! [I just made that up!!!!!!]

Well most of the stuff I get is hydro so I don`t really smoke much
schwag, but I would if I had to. I love weed so I`ll smoke any kind. Schwag may not be as potnent but its a lot cheaper so i guess it kind of evens out.

I'm a weed snob...it's just like with beer. I'd much rather pay twelve bucks for a 12 of Sam Adams than a 30 of Bud Light. And I rarely drink the Bud even if it is offered, as it tastes bad, and for what I get out of it, it's not worth the money or my time. Schwag vs. kind is the same way. Smoking schwag doesn't have nearly the effect as KB, and I might as well just not smoke it.

It's hell getting old. Never heard the term "schwag" til coming on here, or "nugs", and when I use the term "herb", my younger friends laugh at me.

I only heard about 4:20 in the year 2000.

Guess I'm too busy just tokin to worry about new terms.

And Zoltron, I'm with ya on the Acapulco Gold, but I think the best I ever had was Thai Stick. Too bad it was a one-time experience.

Listen up, children. In the good old days, you didn't worry about buying weed that wasn't up to snuff, as your friendly dealer would spark a doobie up with you to try before you buy; and if he was really good, you'd get to sample two or three. Of course, by that time, you couldn't tell which one was the best!

I solve the problem by sticking to one excellent source, have kept her for five years now, and if it's not GREAT weed, she makes it up to me.
