Another "busted" story....

I always see these stories on the board but i never thought i'd be the one to post one.

So this morning before school, my guy comes and picks me up along wit 3 other people. When we go to his place i roll up a blunt, and he has half of a blunt to match me with. We smoke, then we go to school.

Now 2 of these guys are in the same class wit me for first hour. We're all sittin together until the "teacher" comes and tells us that its "study" hall and not "social" hall. We turn around and mind our own business. Less than 5 minutes later, an assistant principle or something tells us to bring our bags and come with him. Everybody looks at eachother and knows exactly whas goin on.

We go to this little room where the bootleg police officer of our school is and we are questioned one at a time. My friend is real pissed off and showin no respect for them at all, and he was the first to be questioned.

They search him and find some clear eyes (which i didnt use) and thas it. They smell his hands and tell him that they smell like marijuana so he can either take 10 days outta school, or reduce it to 5 days by takin a lil rehab course. He takes the 10.

I'm up next so they ask me what i've been doing and i said i smoked a cigarette in the car on the way here. They say it smells like marijuana instead. They fully check me and my bag and come up with nothing. They say its the same deal with me, 10 days out or the 5 days. I took the 10 too....

I'm jus really shocked because i go to school ripped all the time and nobody even knows when i'm high anymore. I guess that damn cologne didnt work.

My ma says i'm grounded which is pretty bad cuz i had the whole weekend planned out real nice....and i dont know whens the next time i'll see any of my guys. We werent causin trouble or anything...it really pisses me off that weed is illegal.

Damn, now they can suspend you for just smelling like weed? That sucks, although the solution is pretty clear-wash your hands before you go to class!

Just happy I graduated last year...in college, you actually have rights!

You should tell em that they should suspend everyone who comes
to school smelling funny. This includes old shoes, BO, stepped in
dog sh*t, etc.

That sucks. In my school the teacher will usually just laugh at you or make some comment.

Thats why you never smoke joints or blunts in the morning. I take 2 or 3 Zong hits at my house before school and there is pretty much no smell on me, just bong breath.

I always tryn to wash my hands and wear an extra layer if I am gonna smoke a hoot.

hell yeah they can. They said i'm suspended for "suspiscion(sp?) of marijuana".

But we really runnin out of time so i couldnt wash my hands before class started.

10 days suspension with no homework. damn.

Im sure there will be plenty of homework when you get back.

You should get a lawyer. I know in New York youre entitled to legal action if the suspension is more than 5 days.

I really don't get it. They want to punish you so they take you away from the place you hate most...school. Lol, suspensions are stupid.

Anyways, I would have put up a MAJOR fight. I would be polite, but I would be stirct enough so that they got the picture. They shouldn't be allowed to suspend for "Suspicion of Marijuana"...that's so stupid. They might as well suspend every kid with a Cannabis leaf drawn on their scribblers. It seems just as plausible as suspending for smelling like it.

oh no thats the thing, since i'm suspended, i'm not allowed to do any of the homework unless the teacher assigns some make up work for me.
