I was wondering what penelties everyone has gotten from being busted.

ME: caught with a pipe in Missouri, got 6 hrs community service, 1 year suspended imposition of sentence.

got caught smoking in a parked car at night...almost got a driving under the influence (even though the car was turned OFF), posession of mj, and posession of paraphernalia, but got off with NO ticket BUT my favorite pipe was confiscated...and i lost the unsmoked bowl...a fair trade-off for a clean record i guess

I got caught hittin' a bong while driving with some freinds. Yes, I know it was stupid. Well, I had 2 pieces(including the bong), about an ounce and half of bud, and a joint. She crushed all the weed into the ground, confiscated the pieces, didn't find the joint, then sent us on our merry way. I only got fined about $125 for possession, but the pieces or the fact I was driving while stoned were never brought up in court for some reason. I just plead "No Contest," and I didn't end up too screwed afterall.

BTW, we smoked that joint on the way home

Ahh, well i like these threads. Well anyway heres my story

About to years back, my cousin came to visit from seattle. I wanted to show him a good time so i decided to take him to Six Flags(theme park). On the way to the park which was about 45 minutes away from my house, he wanted to stop at a headshop and spend some money. We ended up getting an acrillic bong(horrible) and a thin glass pipe(bad as well). We got back into the car, and smoked a bowl out of the bong. When we got to the park we decided to put our pieces into our pockets and smoke in the park. After purchasing our tickets we had to go through a metal detector. My cousins bong went of, because it had a steel bowlpiece. For some reason the cops started to search me. They found my peice, and some motion sickness pills i had that they thought was extacy. They took me into a back room, and started giving me the third degree. " are you stoned?" " Is this extacy?" i was like no, no, no etc. They made me smash my pipe, took my false name, and let me back into the park. My cousin still had his bong tho, so we went on some rides and left.

BUSTED: By my mum (earlier this year).

PENALTY: she is buying me a bong for christmas because it is a healthier way to smoke.

got busted by mom many many times, and it results in groundation 3 to 4 weeks with possiability of 2 weeks with good behavier. and she suspects me of crack smoking now.

Holy sh!t, really man? I live in Cuyahoga Falls actually, but I go to school and grew up in Akron, so I just say I'm from there. That bust was actually in Akron, because you know the Falls cops would never ignore the fact I was driving high or had paraphernalia on me.
