ALright, im still shocked about this. Anyways my friends and i were smoking bowls out of my new 1.5 ft glass bong with a new ash catching bowl piece that filters the smoke too. We r all juvenile except for one guy who is 18. They decide to just cruise around for the night, but i had to be home by 11, so i tlel them they should find a place to stay and smoke. I go home, the next morning when i wake up, my friend calls me and says he got rolled. Turns out the 3 minors and the 18 yr old were boxing the car inside a neighborhood at 2 am. He said that the 3 cops came with guns drawn and pointing at them. Yelled at them to get the **** out of the car. They strip searched them and found a scale, some baggies, aboiut 20 gs of brand new bud and 2 bongs. They tore the car apart and arrested the 3 minors and let the 18 yr old go with only a ticket. I am sooo glad i went home, cuz i told them to be careful, but they r too stupid. There parents already know and everything. The cop took all that merchandise and prolly smoked the bud in his squad car. Please someone tell me wut will happen to them next. Will they get kicked out of my HS or will they have to go to juvenile hall or something i dunno.

under an oz is usually just a fine,
if it wasnt during school hours or when the school has "control" of the student nothing will happen with the school.

and since they were under 18, AINT **** going to happen to them. i bet the worst is a fine/comm service thats it.

i got a DUI before i was 18, and hardly got in trouble.

tell them not to sweat that ish .

haa thnx man, and one of those guys got a DUI too even tho they werent even moving, the key was in the ignition for music or something. He is 17.

It's a little excessive to have the guns drawn.Anyway, as long as the school wasn't "in control of the situation then ain't **** the school can do.The minors, probably a fine at the most.As long as it was their first offense, then they're cool.
