We were leaving the mall and going to friends house to go smoke a few blunts we stopped at a gas station right around the block to buy blunts etc.We sparked up a bowl while waiting for my friend to roll a blunt.Durring
this we had a bowl previously packed so we never got around to smoking
earlier so we took a few hits to pass the time.After the blunt was finished and
ready to smoke.My friend who rolled the blunt got into my friends truck and
told us to follow him.Now there was 3 of us in the car now.I was sitting in the back left seat and before leaving my friend(driver) had his weed in his center console.A bags of midz(4-5 grams) and little nugget of dro inside another piece of plastic=about a bowls worth and the pipe we used.He told me to throw it in his trunk.So i opened up the center console on the backseat which opens up into back of the trunk i hid the weed under all these towels and **** in the back of his trunk as he told me too and closed it back up.We pulled out of the gas station let up a cig to mask the smell and we sprayed the car with axe.As as we were driving down the street right around the block their was cop sitting looking for speeders and sh*t.The cop started to pull us over i ate the blunt in my hand lol.He asked my friend's license and registration and told him to get out of the car.We were all blazed as hell.The driver was pressured into giving in.The cop asked him to tell truth about the smell of marijuana in car.So he openly told him that their was some in the trunk.So me sitting in the backseat was next for the cop to trick into giving in.Now he starts to talk to me

cop-you know what i am talking about lets play the game tell me the truth and i will let u go.
me-play what game i don't know anything.
He then searched me and my shoes and socks harrassing and accussing me and asking other tricky question cops try to get u to give in their bullsh*t so they can prove later down the road that you admitted to it.Another cop pulled up to help search they found the pipe and weed.They let my friends drive home stoned without even getting in trouble and not even a ticket or notification to go to court.He said their gonna match the prints on my bag.But the thing is that about a dozen others had touched that bag including my friends in the car.Hes like if u don't tell truth your gonna get charge for interfering with a investigation.So the kid who has car full of weed smell and marijuana and pipe in his trunk gets off and me in the backseat who exercising my rights to not give in to cops questions b/c i want nothing to do with b/c it wasn't even my weed so why should I be accused when he openly admitted that he had marijuana in his car in the 1st place.I thaught it was inocenst to proven gulty when he has enough evidence inside his own property to send him to jail instantly.I don't know i am gonna end up fighting this out in court.
My questions are

Does fingerprints on a bag with tons of other prints justify that it was in my possesion?

Was the cop following procedures my letting the driver get off?

If someone openly admits to having marijuana in their car isn't that
madatory arrest if they find it?

Can you charged with possesion when its not even on you or property?

any ideas would be highly appreciated thx.

seriously i think youll be fine in court. you cant possibly get in trouble. they are NOT gonig to waste time and effort and money to fingerpring a small bag of weed gimme a break they said that to scare you.

the person who's car it was is automatically the guilty party - and since they were let go, nobody is going to get in trouble.

worse case - oyu actually ahve to go to court. just say "wasnt my weed wasnt my car." they cant do nothing. i would bet a QP of dank they arent really going to fingerprint they have things called MURDERS that are a bit more important (though im starting to question the government with the monster in office) that would require these fingerprint resources

if they ask who's car it was plead 5th. or rat your friends out, doesnt matter. or say you dont know the driver it was your friends friend but you dont wanna disclose your friend's name (if he wasnt driver or owner of car he cant get in trouble either) so take your pic

but dont worry dude, just a bunch of dickheads with nothing better to do than pick on a bunch of harmless stoners

i think he was just being one of those people who like to confuse and mess with people who aren't sober.

they didn't do anything to the driver, its his, any and everything in the car is in the possession of the driver, learnd that in class.

i seriously doubt this will be anything more than a fine in court.

yea i got arrested charged with possession and a pipe.If i get off i am gonna counter sue those pigs

i really dont understand why they got you dude. it was in the trunk, in someone elses car.

did your friends pin it on you saying it was yours so they could jam out? plea not guilty and get a lawyer, thats flippin bull****.

misdemeaners are all fineable. it wasn't enough for a felony charge.

my fine for 7g's was $35 dollars + Court charge + 6mos unsupervised probation which is don't get in trouble in 6 mos and he will drop all the charges so it wont be on my record,

and they didnt say anything about my pipe and blunt being paraphanallia

and the cop said sorry for ruining 4/20 for me.

I live in florida and i am 17 years old i am just pissed off i got arrested for nothing but if they do end up screwing me over it will be erased when i turn 18

no ****.. there is nothing the cops can do too you if you were just in the car and nothing on you... your buddy told the cops it was your **** and he didnt know it was back there.. if i was you i'd **** him up..
