well two nights ago my dealer got arrested. he was driving with a friend and got stoped for speeding. he had a 12inch bubbler a 1/4 oz and some cigs on him. he has to got to court too. this sucks. does anyone know what hes going to be charged with or fines(besides possession)?

Why would he be charged with anything other than possesion? the bud was the only illegal thing he had on him.

Man, it sucks he got arrested but it doesn't sound like a huge deal. I dunno, depending on the laws where you live it may or may not be anything more than a fine. A quarter really isn't that much-I mean as a dealer it could have been a lot worse, like lbs or something. I wouldn't worry too much.. he might be on probation or have to pay some fines.. it all depends, but possession of weed/paraphenelia is his only crime. He's lucky considering..

check www.norml.org for your local pot laws He won't get anything serious, just a possesion ticket and a ticket for the bubbler. And cigarettes are legal, in most states it's only illegal to buy them, not have them, if you're under 18.

Since he's a minor, he'll probably get screwed. The fines won't be too bad, and it's unlikely he'll go to jail, but he will be put on extremely invasive probation until he's 18.

Damn man, in Colorado under an Oz. is a petty offense with $100 fine. I love Colorado

But if this is his first offense they'll probably go easy on him.

Yeah, Colorado is pretty nice. Been a little too rainy/thunderstormy lately though.
