I want to know about people that would are like really smart. People that have to make important decisions. People that are looked up to. People that should be of moderate intelligence.

he claims he didnt inhale, ya know get on the good side of potheads, but not piss off to many other people. every once in a while i even hear the term "hitting it like clinton".

well,im gonna say that lots of presidents got high.you gotta think,before 1937,weed was just another tobacco to be smoked.and i still swear i saw clinton stoned at one of his press conferences.how many other people would walk into a poll and look at it like "whoa man, whered that come from".
