Hey everybody, I've got a little story to tell.

My birthday was last friday (the 23rd). For my birthday, a really good friend of mine bought me a wicked inside out + color changing piece. I took ****ing bong sized rips off that thing... I loved it. He also gave me an eigth of AK-47 he picked up in LA. Needless to say, I was a happy camper for a while.

Until today, that is. I let my friend hang on to my piece for a night, and he got caught by the police. He had about an ounce of some REALLY good weed that he paid around $280 for. He also had around $130 in glassware including a new inside out bong he just bought. The police got all of it.

He's in his twenties, and he was caught with 3 people that were 17... Considering what they found and the situation, he's REALLY lucky that he only got a misdemeanor possession charge.. He could easily have had to go to jail that night and not be out again for like 2 years.

Earlier that night he was saying something like "I need to get caught pretty soon man, I've been smoking pot for sooo long.. I should just like mail them the $200 fine and get it off my chest." Maybe it was just karma giving him a swift kick in the pants...

Anyways, I thought it sucked that he got caught at first but now that I think about it it's pretty funny. The money wasn't important to him, but one bad thing did happen: we had to do the socket gt thing today.. just doesn't taste as clean.

Well that sucks that he thinks he shuodla got busted, just weird. Good luck that he only got a ticket though, some states are more hardcore about that.

dude that sucks. the same thing happened to my friend he bought a sweet pimp ass bubbler in canada for $180 and he let his friend borrow it. his friends parents found it and broke it even tho it wasnt there childs. o well **** happens, i bet your next pipe will be cool as hell

It's all good man. We both realize how much trouble he could have been in and we've pretty much been laughing it off. I got a new bong that will last us until I get the money to buy a new piece.. it's just a $20 plastic one but it gets the job done.

I think that part of the reason my friend got off so easy is that when the cops pulled up and saw the pipe in his car, he was totally straight forward with them and he even gave them everything he had before they searched his car.

All in all he did come out pretty much unscathed, but he is a little upset that he had all of his paraphernalia confiscated. I just thought that some of you would be interested that being really honest with the cops ,when you know you're busted and there's no getting out of it, may be a good idea sometimes.

Yeah, that just happened to my cousin, hes 19 and got caught with a bunch of ganja and para. He was in michigan, and that state is tweakin on him.
So tell him hes lucky.

Basically anything with ressy in it is considered paraphenelia and cops will take it and maybe give you a paraphenelia ticket.

It is legal to sell glass tobacco art/waterpipes/pipes, but not bongs. With a liscense.
