It was just yesterday that I read a thread on here saying "EVERYONE will get busted eventually" and I just thought "Not me.." I didn't know I would be proven wrong the next day though, haha.. I'm currently 18, attending community college, still living with my mother. While I was at a concert last night she happened to find my bubbler (which was WELL HIDDEN) in my room and said she was going to drug test me because she didn't want me doing that stuff while I live here..So I just admitted that I smoke every now and then instead of just taking a drug test. Now she says she'll just randomly drug test me every now and then, kinda sucks. I can do without weed, but it's just nice to have now and then, i'll miss it for a while. Just a tip to everyone living with a parent: HIDE YOUR PIPES ECT. VERY WELL.

my mom's found 2 of my bongs.. 2 pipes (one wasn't even mine). she threw away one of the bongs (the cheapest thank god!) and one of the pipes (my friend's pipe..).

"Hey uh.. my mom threw away your pipe"

both parents know i smoke now (obviously) and they really dont say much about it anymore. i feel a lil bad tho seein as how my brother is only 10 years old and he already knew what a stem looks like, found one in my trash can and told my mom... lil ****.

my mom found my pipe like last year...she was cool with it as she already knew I smoked after failing a drug test for a job, plus she's done it before when she was my age, so she knows that weed isn't all that bad, but she still didn't want it in her house, which is fine...

but i keep my stuff in my car now in a hidden compartment...works good since i haven't even smoked in over a year now but it's there for whenever i do start again

We all say that but look how many people that are 18-19 living with their parents. They need to save up money to get an apartment and need a job. It's not that easy.

Or saving for college and what not.. I am paying for the first two years of my college.. So right now I can't afford to move out and try to pay for college.

It's funny how I always thought that when I turned 18 I would get my OWN place, and do what ever the **** I wanted. That is not a very realistic way of thinking... I still live with my parents and enjoy it thuroughly! My parents stick to their own, since they know I am pretty responsible and I have a good amount of common sense. It's great to have chill parents and a way to save up money for REAL LIFE.

Yeah, the later you move out the more money you end up saving from rent.

Unfortunately, I'll be living here for another 2 years before I go to a different college. The apartments around here are all REALLY expensive, not really any ghetto areas for me to live around here. Hard to get a good job without hours that interfer with class.

Don't keep your stuff in your car unless it is absolutely necessary. No matter how hidden, it is not worth the risk of getting caught with paraphernalia.
