Before you flame me just know that this is a story from a stoner, if you've been there and this isn't true then chill. Also, if you know where the goverment grows thier pot lets here it.

Ok so I was visiting some friends in CA and I was smoking w/ one of my LONG time friends mom and her two married friends. Once we were nicely stoned, the wife told me this: Her and her husband have a hobby of going around to U.S. citys that have name relations to pot. And one day they were looking on a map and saw Sky High, so they decided since it was close to take a trip up there some weekend. Well when they are getting close, according to the map(they still haven't seen any signs)(ok?) so they pull over some podunky store and start talking to the gas dude, and he's all friendly and stuff, then they ask him if he knows how to get to Sky High, and he's like WHY? Why would you want to go there? Acting sketchy, so thier like ummm, were just visiting some friends. And he's like well...I don't know. So they leave. After driving some more they get pulled over by a cop, and he's like Blah blah blah, how you doing? where you going? And they're like well actually do you know how to get to Sky High? And hes like well do you have a map? And they show him the map, and he asks how'd you get this map, and they tell him they've had it for years, so he says, I'm gunna have to take this. Then he gives them another map. And tells them to have a nice day, bye bye. They look on his map and Sky High isn't there. So she tells me she thinks that could be where Big Bro. grows all there medical sh*t.
So any comments?

There's a town around here call "McCurtain" where the best bud in this state is grown. If you've ever seen the movie "Without a paddle," they have Pot farms just like that one there. Planes that fly over that county get shot down all the time and the town is really hard to get to.

Oh yes and how do I know this? My teacher's dad used to be a big drug dealer and he told us alot of stuff he's seen.

i just did a mapquest search on sky high, ca and there are 3 results. you should make a return trip and find out what is really going on there.

Dude that's insane, the only thing that's happened to me that's come close is finding this unmarked street really deep in the Appalachian mountains called STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN! It was really chill and we all blazed some bowls when we saw it.

Try searching Mapquest for Skyhigh, CA you can get directions there from anywhere. It's ESE of Sacramento and about due South of Lake Tahoe.

Here is a link to a interactive map showing the location of Skyhigh. I doubt it's some clandestine goverment grow op. More likely it's a small town in the mountains that doesn't want to be floded with a bunch of tourists.
