whats up everyone,

on friday, im moving to miami to start college (univ of mia). up here in pa, im used to blazing lots of herb and am kinda worried about finding potheads. so my question to anyone from southern florida, how's the scene down there? how good is the weed usually and what are prices? (i know you can find everything anywhere but what's the most available quality) how are the cops down there with possession, etc...?

any replies are greatly appreciated

Florida is one of the worst states for marijuana or any drug possession for that matter. They can put you away for 10 years for having an ounce but will give you a deal with 1 year of jail or 2 years probation with a possibility of going to prision even longer if you violate probation.

However, some cops are cool about it. I've been let go before with pot.

Dank is $300-$400 an oz $50 an 1/8th and $100 a 1/4

Mids are $100-$150 an oz (usually $120)

I haven't seen true shwagg in years

hey man i'm from miami and the weed scene is ok. there's a lot of weed in miami and most of it is pretty good. i just recently got some ak-47 and it was fu*king amazing. around where i'm at the most available is some quality mids that i get for 30 for 1/2 o. pretty good stuff. chronic goes for 25 1/2 8th 50 1/8th 100 1/4. not sure of higher quantities. i would say that within your first 2 days you should run into some people who smoke. as far as the cops go i can't say cuz i've never been busted. i know that one of my friends got busted at a party and they made him break his bong. sad, but better than goin to jail or gettin fined. just be smart and don't get caught. be discreet about it. oh yeah, and you'll probably find more people do the off topic powder more than weed. don't get into that sh*t man, people ruin their lives with that stuff. last thing, i hope you're ready for a culture shock cuz it's a different world down here. good luck homie.

Semi old thread but might as well. Living in Miami area for 6 years now. The penalties here are kinda harsh, but there a more than a few cool cops. I doubt anybody around here has real trouble getting good bud.
