My buddy didn't even say "where'd super cop #2 go?" with sarcasm.. he was literally wondering where he went, super cop is just what we call this guy behind his back. Also, even before this, almost every time this cop sees me he checks my eyes, smells me, asks me about people... etc... trust me, this cop just isn't a good cop.

hey man sorry you got caught. but im afraid there are a few things the cop can say to get yourself a fresh new record. he could just say he smelled marijuana. no one is gunna think 2ce about it. then daddy aint gunna eb there to save you.

Getting your dad involved is a very bad idea. The cops did nothing wrong, and right now there is a chance that they will just sit on the evidence and not charge you, or if they do charge you they will go easy. If you try to fight it without a solid case, and you do not have a solid case, things will only be harder.

Being super nice to Cops is the only thing to do, in all situations. When I was younger I used to think it was tough and cool to mouth off to cops, but it's just stupid. They have all the power, there's nothing to be gained by talking back except a trip to jail.

A few months ago I was about to go through the midtown tunnel at 3am, and there's always cops on foot doing security checks in the outbound lanes. I had a friend in the passenger seat, and the cop motioned me with his flashlight to pull over before the tunnel. The cop who flagged me down walked to my window and did the usual, shined a flashlight in and asked for my license/reg. While he was doing this another cop walked up on the passenger side and shined his flashlight on my friend for no reason, since despite it being nighttime we were in a brightly lit area. I opened up my glove compartment and popped it open, and as soon as I did I saw the corner of a ziploc bag. I had put it there a few weeks ago and forgotten about it, and there was about an 1/8th inside. My friend saw the bag too, and he looked over at me with an expression of pure terror on his face.

The cop on the passenger side shifted his flashlight to shine inside the glove box and I was sure they could see the bag, but I quickly pushed it back while pulling out my registration and shut the compartment. Turns out they pulled me over for having clear covers on my license plate, wrote me a ticket for it and let me go. Instead of being a dick and asking them why they felt the need to pull me over at 3am for my license plate covers, I was nice and helpful and I'm pretty sure it got me out of a possession rap, because the other cop definitely saw the weed baggie when he shined his flashlight in the glovebox.

So yeah, you and your friends are idiots for mouthing off, and dealing drugs/smoking when there are cops around.

I barely said a word to the cops except telling him he has no right to search the truck. Anyways, no charges, no nothing... maybe an official police warning or something.. but other than that, I'm just suspended. My dad went and talked to the principal and they both agreed that the school cop takes things too far. Anyways, it's obvious that cop is out to get me based on the numerous times he has checked my eyes in the hall, or smelt me, asked me about people, etc, and the many failed attempts of his to bust me. He is literally out to get me charged. Anyways, my dad is telling him to stay away from me. Bahahaha.
