*shakes head* Ok ....I don't know what I'm talking about I guess....IT DEPENDS ON JURISDICTION AND THE LAWS OF WHEREVER YOU MAY BE!! You CAN be charged with poss. here in SD if they prove you've injested it. A more common charge is "injestion of an intoxicant other than alcohol" but, as you can see, it isn't always unchargable, or simply "public intoxication"

edit-just to clarify my point, heres our "injestion law"--a class 1 misd. is the same level as poss.

Thats good stuff right there. I wish information about laws was easy to come by. Without your post there is no way I could have known that. Is that a SD city limits law? or is that county wide?

its STATEWIDE....SD as in SOUTH DAKOTA, not San Dieago
