idk what the **** happened. i was in the school bathroom smoking with 2 dudes one my friends and one not we got out and then 3 secs later a teacher smelled the smoke and called us all back. She then checked us and found a lighter and pipe in my pocket. The pipe still had resin in it. She called the school police through walkie talkie they came and took just me cuz i was the only one with **** on me. Took me to office and i told them i only took one big hit and that was my friends pipe and they gave it to me and peer presurre. Anyways im leaving the states in december 27th cuz thats when my visa ends....and i told the cops. I looked soo sad. I told them like my life story. Next court date for the cops was on january so they would of had a warrant if i didnt go to court so they said i have to think bout some "names" till monday of ppl that were there smoking or might have weed and they might not even give me a citation. they found a pipe and a lighter on me. They told the school dean that they will be "working with me" next week so not to do anything yet. What should i do? If i tell them who the guy that was with me was the guy would say i smoked him out cuz its not his pipe. I need to give them names but idk of who.Could they even arrest me LATER for this.?

ask your friends who u were smoking with if it would be ok to tell. If they say no than say some random names, probably not a good idea. What country are you moving back to, because i dont think cuba sends people back if the us asks for them. I think tho im not positive.

Dude, if you still have the evidence. Throw it away, If they have no visible evidence, they have no case.. They can say you had it, 100 witness'es but with no evidence. You got NADA!

And for sure do not rat on ur friends you are smoking with, Back in school if people do that, I usually smash ur ****en face in or beat the **** out of you with my metal bat..

are you crazy? im an original stoner i hate narcs. The only way i dont get a courtdate and arrested and no warrant is if i tell them who i was with . not only that they have my pipe and lighter in a bag. they never have weed though

Chances are they already know the names of who else you were smoking with in the bathroom. Still, I would not suggest giving the police the names of those who were involved. I'm not sure if U.S. juvenille records will follow you to other countries, but giving the names of your friends to the police would definately cause major problems for those friends.
I'm assuming your under the age of 18, so while if you do go to court, your juvenille records will remain private. If you're leaving by December 27th you shouldn't have to worry about a court date, that takes months to set up.
Unfortunately I'm no expert on international travels, and can't do much to help you.

Yes, they can charge you later, and the school can take action against you later too. Your only option appears to be confessing to your lie, which will get you screwed...but not as screwed as handing out names will.

Do not lie to the cops once they have something on you. They will find out. Keep your lies to "No officer, there is no cannabis in the car" and the like. Once you're busted, take it like a man.

Get rid of the evidence, then they have nothing. Dont tell the cops ****, let them give you your ****ty court date. Where I live, unless you have a warrent for something like murder, it goes away after a while.
