why did you have the knife on you anyway? go to school in a rough area?

anyway, you shouldn't have shown a knife or beat them up, right now they're probably thinking they won (mentally). you should of come up with some witty remark or just gave them the finger. if you admit it, the judge won't be as harsh.. so definitely own up to it. but you'll probably get kicked out of school and sent to a school for "trouble makers" or something.

if you're pretty social and still hang out with most of your friends outside of school.. try getting home schooled since from your age it seems you're just about done with highschool.. it won't take as long either.

Well, you do have the right to an attorney. Why not talk to a court appointed attorney and see what he says. I'm sure he'll know a lot more than a bunch of people on an internet forum. What made you think that we could answer your question anyway?

Come on dude. Pulling a knife over words? You had no intent to stab them so you had no business branishing a knife. I do not carry weapons on me, cause I know how to defend myself against people holding knives, and if they got a gun you are screwed as it is. But as soon as you pull that knife you better be just as ready to stab that person, cause pulling a knife gives reason to react quickly and with more debilitating force. Be careful what you do, cause you just seem like a sheltered kid who thinks just cause you have a weapon you are invincible.

I agree with this kid. Anyone pulling a knife on me for whatever reason gives me cause to use whatever lethal force I have. If I have a gun, you better believe I'd use it. Why take that risk for no good reason?

yeah well ironicly at my school you're aloud to have knifes in school (under 3 inches)
my friend nearly got in trouble (he always has knifes..im unsafe) and it read to be like 2 inches and 7/8 of an inch and the teacher got pissed that it was legal. so the teacher tried to accuse him of using the knife in a fight wich was BS cause they looked at the camera's


also the dumb part about my school is like alot of people smoke cigs right outside the school across the street in plain view, so it seems my school doesnt know how to use a "cop" or the "safe zone"

What the fuck? That makes no sense. You can kill someone with a 1 inch knife or a 2 foot machete, as long as it has the blade. I'm glad I'm not in your school.
