I didn't know where this thread belong so i put it here...


Ok I was in the hallways... And it was passing [Turning to 5th period] This
Girl and some other guys was talking and giving me a attitude and I just started walking away.... So about 2 seconds later 3 of them started calling me Ch!nk.... I got Hella Mad! I then pulled out my knife and threatended them I then started making a scene and some kids told the security guards.... I started running.... The security caught me and kept me in a room till the police came.... When the police cam they searched me and took my knife.... They then took me down to the precint in cuffs and cuffed me to a pipe that was next to the wall... [Metal and skin dont go together...>: ] They called my parents cuz i was still a minor [17 yrs old] I was kept at the precint till my parents came up [took them 4 hours]... They wrote a report and .... They said i have to go to family court on the 23rd.... The popos told me If i go to court and admit what i did they will only make me do community service for a while....

So my Question is.... If i admit what i did all i will get is community service? Thank you in advance....

and i think youll get more tham comm service. Brandishing a weapon is a big nono, 3X worse in school cause its supposed to be a safe zone or w/e.

Should be in real life stories, But dude pulling out a knife wasnt to smart. I learned it in like 3rd grade. Sticks and stones may brake my bones but words will never hurt me. If your going to court do you know what there charging you for.

Well they shouldn't have called you a chink, but pulling a knife on them wasn't a smart move.

Why don't you just learn some martial arts, then you won't need a knife. And then when the police come they'll just be like "Well they called him a chink so he kicked their freakin' heads off, fair enough."

from your post it doesn't seem like you attacked anyone. the point is that if you pull a knife you do so to stab someone in the same way that the only time you point a gun at someone is when you are intent on shooting them.

when weapons are pulled crowds get involved where they would otherwise have been bystanders.

one particularly ugly situation springs to mind. at a carnival i saw someone being threatened and he pulled a knife. from a static air something just snapped and the next thing i knew this kids laid on the floor with boots knocking him around like a ragdoll.

you got off lucky man, and i attribute that to the fact you were in school at the time. learn from this: leave your blades at home.

is it a felony? if its a felony you might get the opportunity to do some program...to expunge your record. Well chances are (I'm going to say like 98%) you are going to be charged with assult with a deadly weapon (whether it was a deadly weapon is at the discretion of the arresting officer). Normaly I would tell people to fight it in court but with you I don't think it will do any good. All I can tell you is never do anything like that again because it can get you in serious shit (like jail). It's just not worth it.

LMAO....community service? I don't think so. I'm thinking you'll likely get some time in juvie, get expelled, or something. Schools are particulary sensative about weapons, and even if by some miracle the courts only do give you community service, the school will likley seek additional punishment....if they even allow you back
