So reading this other post here made me think of a badass topic. What kind of cool stashes do people have. Im thinking this might be posted somewhere else (?) But I didn't see it and Im to lazy to look. Anyway, I keep my stuff in an R2D2 cookie jar. What better way to combine two of my favorite things, pot and Star Wars?

I use a Stash Tin I got at a poster store in the Belmont and Clark area of Chicago. Mine is the round one in this picture: blackrose.co.uk/index.php?leaf=XA768

I'm not sure that counts as a commercial link since it's not a link, but if the mods have to remove it and you must see the pic, search google for "misfits stash tin", and click the first result.

i dont really have a cool stash or anything but its in a awesome spot. i have to stand on my dresser and open up the attic door that no one ever opens and reach over this wood thing and their it is my bowl and a bag of bud

Was the shop beyond the wall? The one just to the right of the L? I've gotten many a poster there. Belmont Ave. is so badass.

Yeah, it was beyond the wall. The place is too small, I think. It's not really cramped or anything, but it's too damn hard to find when you're blazed. I missed it on two seperate occasions, which were actually after I got the tin.

And yes, the Belmont/Clark area is badass.

I noticed in another one of your posts you mentioned the pipesandstuff.com store. I usually go to Secrets. It's right across from The Alley.

I went to pipesandstuff.com, and the woman accused my friends and me of stealing (prob. because we went in twice, and the second time, one of the three of us left earlier than the other two.) I found that strange because the only thing I saw worth taking that wasn't under glass was a 2 and 1/2 to 3 foot bong on one of the counters.

I find that Secrets has better stuff, and has a better price on everything. They also have a discount, or at least did the few times I went (I think they said it was only till the end of 2005, but that could have been a trick to get you to buy stuff before the new year). It was 20% off anything over $20, and you just had to mention that you knew about the sale. I recommend taking a trip up there between classes.

The people at pipes n stuff know me well. I go there a lot and they hook me up with discounts all the time. Especiall the old woman. I like the selection at pipes n stuff better than secrets too, way more glass bowls. Secrets is a little better for bongs, but I really think thats it. And their whole 20% off thing is always going on hence it's really just their regular prices. It isn't really a sale, they just use it to keep people coming in. Not that Im saying its a bad shop, because it isnt. I just prefer pipes n stuff.

You're probably right about it not really being a sale, but you do have to know about the offer and mention it to get the discount. Anyway, we've gone off topic. Back to the stashes.
