man, here in the northeast (NY), the weather is too cold, the grass is too dry, and im getting sick of these people. i went to california durin christmas break (SF) and i loved it. so basically i know there are a ton more parts to the state that i havent seen, main San Diego and Los Angeles. where do u reccomend i go. i want to just relax to nice people and nice weather and not have to worry alot. i'm still in high school but i wanna go during spring break. idk, its weird, like i feel that there is something waiting for me there, like my destiny or something. idk...

good luck.. i hear what ur sayin im from boston and im sure Cali is more chill. although, since im not living in cali/oregon/washington (the Pacific North West) i dont think theres anywhere else in the country id rather be than in the northeast (but thats coming from someone born and raised in new england, this area has a way of making people be skeptical of ever living in the south or midwest)

yea dude i love that song. anyway, your right how people here in the northeast make you feel skeptical about living anywhere else. i'm sure that you can relate how moving to a place like that would be good. all i really know is NY and thats it. sure ive taken trips/vacations, but i wanna go for longer. and the fact that i have this NY/northeastern attitude makes things alot different. you know?

yup i hear that. NY is defientely included in the NE "doesn't suck" section (not to insult everyone else in the country). the west coast is defientely better i would say though, even though i have never been there.

edit: please don't be offfended anyone else, i know that the rest of the country doesn't actually suck, im just trying to explain the connotations to a young un-republican (and obviously very pro-marijuana) newenglander about the rest of the country; i apologize but us "blue states" feel a little ostracized from the expanse of "red states"

but no offense intended against anyone here, anyone who will stick around a site called marijuana.com is not a right wing (probably Christian) conservative, who we are scared of

i live in orange county. L.A. is fun, especially venice where every other store is headshop(literally). i kind of hate the weather here though. green grass, all the plants are always in bloom. warm weather even in december. it kinda bugs me

oh man dreamer, you have no idea how lucky you are. to me, thats a whole nother world over there. literally, its completly different than here in NYC. but yea im sure u would trade LA for NY cause your so used to it right?

I grew up in northern california, near San Jose. i live in LA now for school. CA is a wonderful state, the weather's so mild, especially in southern CA. you should definitely check out LA and San Diego if you havent already, but being born and raised near San Francicso, i'm biased in saying SF is one of the greatest cities in the world! hope you can make it out here on your spring break!

im from san diego, and grew up a little bit in los angeles, but the best city in cali is defnitly san francisco.

I feel exactly the same way. I visited the SF area and loved it way too much. It's to the point where I applied to college in California just so that I might have the opportunity to live there. Still not sure if I'll go so far for school, but I'm definitely considering it. Those damn rolling green hills in the Spring will pull you in.
