Alright my smoking compadres, I have some bad news..I'm done smoking for a while. A party I was at last saturday got busted and i had some baggied eighths on me and I'm being charged with possession with intent to distribute, but my lawyer says there are some major discrepancies with the charges and the way the whole situation was handled so the charges might get dropped. If it doesn't get dropped, my lawyer said i could expect 8 months probation, community service, drug and alcohol classes, and a fine. I am not at all interested in smoking while on probation, i know too many people that have gotten majorly fucked because they violated probation..My court date is June 6, so I'll let all of you know.

That really sucks man, sorry to here that. Smart decision to not test probation by smoking. I am very curious as to how this happened and how you could get the charges dropped. Any more info would be appreciated.

haha my court date is May 19... sucks... but it should get dropped after i go to a few classes

man thats a bummer but who let the cops in and if you saw them why didnt you just leave right away. i know once i saw cops actually walk into the house im gone but mabye you werent able to. sorry about your whole situation
