I also live in Alaska (southeast).

I actually work on a tender boat. We basically 'buy' fish from fishermen to transport to Ocean Beauty (cannery/processing plant).

Until you have caught a 275lb. Halibut you haven't caught a fish. Not my picture, but this is what a halibut looks like.

Only fish I ever caught. I was really young back then and had a bad haircut.
