To the OP, you got picked up for curfew? DSo all areas have a curfew? I never really knew there was a curfew for like, walking outside.

Couldn't you have just said you were taking a walk from your friends house or something?

Curfew where I live for a 17 year old is 12:00. When he pulled me over it was 12:30. I told him that I just left one of my friends house and was just on my way to another friends house to stay the night there. Than he put the handcuffs on and put my bike in the trunk and took me home. He said if my parents weren't home he would've taken me to a holding cell until they could get a hold of my parents. I think another reson he just took me home is because it is the 4th of july and their were probably more serious things going on then a kid breaking curfew if you know what I mean.

the police officer was just doing his job. it could have been worse.
if stoner4life either stayed at the kids house or gone home before 12 this wouldnt have happend.

some of you stoners give cops a bad name. they are here to enforce laws how silly and stupid they are. there are some bad eggs in the crowd. but you cant say they are all bad just for a few..
