| Hello, I don't know if this is the right forum for this question but since it is "Europe" related here we go... I got caught in the Netherlands/Germany border with about 11 gm + 1 joint. This is my situation: -I am Colombian and married to a german citizen. -I work and live in germany since 2 years. -I need to get the final visa extention at the end of this year, after that I have permanent residence. After long interrogation and waiting I had to fill up a "Strafanzeige form" about which I'll get a letter telling me what do I have to do next. I would like to ask ne1 who knows about the law in Germany what should I expect. I know I should talk to a lawyer but when they charge about 500 DM per consult I think I should take advantage of the net first. Thanks in advanced for any comments. | |
