im going on a cruise to ny and decided itd be better to buy once i get to where im going than risk bringing it on a plane with my whole family around and everything. problem is, im 16 and dont know exactly how/where i should go when looking for weed in the carribean

I've heard about Jamaica. If you leave the resort, you will not be leaving alive. the virgin islands, are pretty different.

You heard wrong. If it were even remotely true, I wouldn't be typing this. Jamaica is a violent place, but the violence is nearly always between Jamaicans, and is typically politically motivated. Tourists are Jamaica's lifeblood, and are generally treated well. Don't listen to "what you heard". Take it from someone who has been there and done that. I love Jamaica, and paln on returning many times during my life.

Yeahh i think your old history teacher was on acid. I am from the caribbean and tourists don't have to worry about the violence. They have a high risk of being ripped off/scammed/pickpocketed for the most. E.g. a local would pay $5 USD for a taxi ride... but a tourist wud pay $20 USD. IF you hang around with locals though, you should be safe and nobody wud rip you off. As for getting weed, it should be really easy to get on the beaches. IF you see other ppl smoking it, ask them where they get n they wud tell you. If not, ask any group of teenagers. If not, ask a taxi driver. They key to gettin a hook-up as a stranger is not to act suspicious, scared, jittery etc(Just be cool). Don't expect to get "white widow" or "orange crush" or whatever strange named weed you all smoke in america. You would most likely get weed grown on the mountains!! Very high quality weed and it doesn't get your eyes as bloodshot red as other types.

ive also been to jamaica and survived the island. Its a great place and although i was asked multiple times if i wanted to smoke I chose not to because i was with people i couldnt do that around. It is also a pretty safe place to go but watch out for scams, and pickpockets. Ive been around all through the virgin islands so ask if you need specific details
