|  I live in west hartford, connecticut. Here the police seem to be pretty strict with smoking weed on the streets, they'll yell at a teen cigarette smoker every once in a while. You cant really smoke bowls/j's/blunts on the streets here, they have "neighborhood watch" where if somone sees somthing bad theyre suppose to call the cops, and many times they do. I have smoked on the streets a few times, but got yelled at by somone on a few occations. |
