Where do you live and how openly can you smoke there?

I live in Tucson, AZ and the drug laws here absolutely suck, if you are busted you are pretty much screwed, but besides cops it really isn't that bad. You can easily walk down the street and smoke a bowl and no one will say anything.

There is even this park we go to at night and take bong rips and people walk by all the time and they either say nothing at all, greet us, or ask if they can hit it. Also at Concerts (indoor or outdoor) almost everyone is smoking and the police don't really do much at all. So overall, Tucson is a great place to smoke.

in my city, its pretty open i guess.
a lot of us kids will smoke ciggerets and no one bothers us. a lot of us smoked blunts while riding bikes/walking around, no one cared. we did a lot of sneak-a-tokes on the back of the bus before with everyone watching, they just laughed at us.

I'm from chicago. I don't think I could get away with smoking a bowl on the streets, But I can smoke spliffs in broad day and Js and Bs on side streets. I cant smoke at concerts though becuase you can't smoke Indoors anymore.

I live in Tucson too, things are pretty laid back here regarding weed. Especially if you're close to the university or downtown where things are pretty liberal and there's a lot of hippies.

But you are pretty much screwed if you're caught. I think a lot of it has to do with being so close to the Mexican border. Dammit, if weed were legalized this crime-ridden drug traffic would happen and the laws would be loosened...just my wishful thinking.

I've seen people smoking blunts/j's out in public around here. I don't risk it though. Sometimes I smoke on my/friends' decks or right in front of houses though. I dont even like doing that.

Virginia Beach is absolutley awful for drugs. The Commywealth of Virginia makes the dumbest laws youve ever heard of. It's like everyone who doesn't smoke weed thinks its the biggest sin in the world and youll get eternal damnation for it. The cops on the other hand are actually quite chill about weed, but on other drugs they really crack down. If marijuana was ever legalized it would take Virginia a century to legalize it in the state. I'm moving to Nevada and thats fo sho.

I live in york PA, and go to school in shippensburg and pretty much smoking HAS to be private because the cops will take you down for it and will take you down pretty hard..we always just go out onto the country roads and out there its never a problem but no way would we ever just smoke blatently down a main street..itd be suicide practically

I live in san francisco and its pretty chill here. You could walk down some streets and smoke, but theres no need for that if you have hippy hill. Hippy hill is just like a square mile where marijuana is legal. Everyone deals there and smokes way openly. Its pretty chill.

wow thats sweet as hell..ive been to a few places such as montreal where we just walked down the street smoking J...it was actually the same night i met randy from the real world(i forget which one he was on i cant remember right this second) great place and im jealous of all the people who live in towns where there not as strict

i dont know the views of my city
i know my managers know that an employee gets high (but they dont know she constantly does it or im with her, he thinks im clean HEHEHHEHE)

but my city really isnt that much of a drug city

but i do know a friend who got caught smoking weed but because of some embarising moments durring the "capture" the cop let her go
