So apparently the site claims that marijuana is legal to its members in all 50 states, anyone know if this is true and are you a member?

Membership means you pay them $100 or something as a membership fee....

Marijuana has never held up as a religious sacrament in a final court decision.

im sure people smoked marijuana as a sacrement just like they drink alcohol in christianity, but unless you're a native american i doubt the federal government will respect it, they don't even respect state laws.

Salvia and tobacco were used in Native American culture, not marijuana.

I think due to the 1st Amendment, we're dealing with an ex post facto issue. Only those who use it within specific denominations of the Islamic or Hindu faith might get away with it, but the government won't extend the amendment to religions formed around, and especially for, pot smoking after the law was made in the 1930s. I also imagine that cases where it is permitted are especially rare.
