While high, I get crazy paranoia out of no where and think that everyone giggling is giggling at how stupid I'm acting. Am I the only one who gets this? Drives me nuts.

I wouldn't think they were laughing AT you as much as they are just laughing. Hell, they prolly don't know themselves what they are laughing at.

I do get this from time to time. I tend to freak out more about the people around me knowing i'm lit than i do them laughing at me. Go ahead and laugh at me man, I could careless :P But someone knowing i'm stoned tends to get to me from time to time... Mostly because we all know the general population seems to look down on it (even those who smoke on a regular basis might 'conform' in public and shoot you down for it -- you know how it is).

But I've never had laugh-paranoia :P

Happens all the time. Your definitely not alone. Mrs. STJ is about the only one who can tell when I'm altered but I always feel everyone knows.

Yeah, I get the same feeling, man. Not with friends or anything, but with strangers and people who might not smoke. I feel like I have to leave them with a good impression of "the stoner" and not act like a jackass so they get the wrong idea about weed. I probably overthink and overanalyze stuff when I'm stoned though...

yes! I always feel like people are laughing at me, and even when I'm not stoned. if someone across the room is laughing I think I did something stupid, or I have a boogie in my nose, lol.
