Well today I was over at my friend ben's house. ben is on home dention he has an anklet so he cant go anywhere. So this morning ben calls me up saying he bought a quarter and an eight to sell off and he tells me to come over. So i get up grab my bong and my backpack grab my ipod and head out. I get over to ben's and he shows me all this weed he has and he lets me smoke some of it.

So people start calling looking for weed and he gets them there weed and they leave. People start comming and leaving coming and leaving. Travis a long time friend of bens family and my friend comes and ben wants to get a zone (an OZ) so travis comes and gets him his weed and what not. While all this is going on cops are driving by all day, non stop. Im gettting suspicious at this point that something is going on. I tell Travis and he says when he was coming over he seen 10 cops in the neighborhood.

Travis goes in the house and goes downstairs to Lennys room. Lenny is Bens brother and his room is a party room we were smoking down there andwhat not. there was about 4 people down there and 5 outside. Im sitting outside and all of a sudden Bens Home detention officer comes over along with about 3 police units. We knew what was going on, I had my backpack with my bong in it in the back yard. so the cops go in the house search the house and they get our names. The cops found so many people they had to call for more units. So 2 police units come along strolllin with 2 black suburbans. We knew we were fucked.

The cop asks Travis (hes about 19) if he can search him Travis asks why and argues. Travis lets the cop search him and tells him hes going to have to take a UA. Travis said no, you cant do that, i admited to smoking weed.
So the cop comes from the back yard and asks whos backpack was in the backyard. I tell him its mine, he takes me over to the backpack and asks me if there is anything illegal in there, i tell the cop no and he cant search my backpack, then i realize i might as well tell him i have a bong in my backpack because im moving in 3 weeks to Arizona so i thought this would be the best way to go. I tell the cop im moving and im trying to get rid of the bong because i coulnt take it with me. The cop takes me over to his car and tells me hes just going to give me a citation for drug paraphanila and no courtdate or anything, just a fine.

He calls my mom, my mom comes and gets me and shes suprisingly not mad at all. i just have to pay the 254 dollar ticket.

hahah i got so lucky.


im not sure what happend to Ben Lenny or Travis or anyone else overthere.

well i talked to some people, I guess the cops searched Ben's car and found his OZ. He will now be sitting in JSC for a while. I dont expect to see him again. He was a pretty good friend of mine. His whole family was.

damn that sucks one time i smoked in a forest that used to have cameras i it (STUPID IDEA) and i had a half pound on me (8 ounces) and i was with 10 people and i smoked a blunt with my friend jake and riddle and i was so paranoid the whole time cuz people get busted in there all the time from then no i carry all my shit in one bag and im skepticle of where to smoke

yeah having people come and go all day is not the best idea. Your friend should have gotten supicious when he starting seeing the cops around his house, expecialy since he is on house arrest. Glad to hear you got out of that mess. Best of suck to your friend...
