I just want to ask one question:

Is maine haunted? Why does it seem like such a scary place (like the deep wooded parts I mean)?

Maybe it's because I know that's where Steven King gets all his inspirations. Maybe it's just me and I'm insane.

Or was it the Blair witch project?

Hmm... Only haunted area I know of is Blackswoods. A woman is said to have been hanged there.

I dig the woods...and grew up in them. After a while, they aren't scary at all, in fact, its really peaceful around my place, which is centrally located right in the middle of the sticks.

Well, I moved here from a desert. Woods scare the shit out of me, but only at night, or when I'm confused. Other than that, I love smoking in them, and I LOVE doing shrooms in the woods.

EDIT: Oh yea, another reason, in Resident Evil 1 and 0, the mansion the STARS team is sent to, is in Maine. I so wanna fight an army of zombies.
