There's a pool behind my house that I've deemed my new private smoke spot whenever I want to smoke during nights. It's like a 50-75 yard walk from my back door so it's really convenient whenever I get the urge to pack a bowl up and get walking.

Last night after my parents went to sleep, it's about 10:30 and I decide it's time for the first smoke of the night. I pack up a bowl and head over to my smoke spot, which is a small shed behind the fenced-in pool. I have the bowl in one hand and a lighter in the other. I look around in the pitch black darkness to make sure the coast is clear, probably subconsciously. As I did so, I saw a figure emerge from the darkness. I tried to hide the bowl, but the darkness was the only tool available to do so.

He looked a couple years younger than me as he got closer. I didn't say anything... was kind of stunned that somebody was actually walking around the area in the night, even though it wasn't late.

As he got close to pass me, he said something like "whats up" or something and i replied with a simple "sup" He asked if I had seen anyone else around there and I told him that I hadn't and he passed on his way. After that, I lit up my bowl and got stoned

Gee, though, I hate when people just come out of nowhere like that. I was literally a couple seconds away from lighting the bowl.

I hate when that happens. It was pretty lucky that you hid the bowl, i might have just thought i was being paranoid and sparked it anyway.

Wow, after the guy walked away I would have gone back to my house. Be glad it wasn't someone who want to hurt you in some way.

Yeah I'm happy to hear you didn;t get mugged or anything. That would have scared the shit out of me. I hate walking at night....with weed.

Yea, I just keep it down low when people come. The only person I really care about is the 5-0... what's anyone else gonna do? citizen's arrest?
