Well, Damn people. I fucked up again and got myself busted for possesion of under an ounce.

I wasn't going to say anything about this or my past convictions, but I thought it might be informative and helpful to people to post my journey though yet another MJ charge. Also to open up a little more to you guys. So, pull up a chair, grab a drink, lite one up, and hear a couple of my finest moments.

Before my story. Let me say this. I realize I am a dumbass! I know that driving with MJ is very risky thing to do.. After this I might have finally learned my lesson. So, please no flamming I'm hearing enough from Pompo today.

Before I get to yesterday, some background on my criminal MJ history.

Awhile back a couple friends and I were invloved in a car crash. We hit a dead cow that someone left in the middle of the a 2 lane highway, in the dead of night. Luckily a few off duty paramedics seen it happen and were there to help right away. My friends GF went to the hospital and he went with her (she had a concussion, he wasn't hurt). After basically everyone left, they started to get the car ready to tow. All of a sudden the cop says, that he had to do a routine search of the car before they tow it. Now, I wasn't worried, I was pretty sure my friend didn't leave anything in there....But, I was wrong. The cop ended up finding a couple of roaches on the floor.

This is where my stupidity starts to kick in. In all the comotion of the paramedics, and mind you the cops were cool, they never questioned us on what happened, it was pretty obvious we launched into and over a dead cow. I forgot to get rid of the 2 rolled J's I had on me. The cops finds the stuff in the car, and starts to search me ( I don't know if he had the right to search me, for what he found in her car, but it's besides the point right now). he finds what I have on me, and arrests me. Takes me to the jail. This was a very small town we were traveling through. The jail was basically an old house that was turned into a police station and the jail was upstairs. A three cell jail with about 20 people in it...nice.
This story goes on, but I won't bore you with it. Me and my friend get out that night.

So, 10 years ago, that was first real MJ charge.

For this charge me and my friend receive, something like 20 hrs. of community service and a fine. Might've been a little more, but I can't remember. Again, here comes the stupidity. We both blow off the community service. except I and only I have to go to court to answer for it...my friend got off, slipped through the cracks.

So off to court for being a dumbass I go. Let this be a lesson of many in my story. (now, if I can only follow my own lessons). Never blow off your communityt service, the judge will be pissed. He sentenced me to like double the hrs. and 8 days in that crap jail, I told you about earlier.

Most would do their eight days and community service, and be done with it, But were not talking about your ordinary dumbass here, we are talking about me.

I didn't have to do the 8 days straight, I was able to do it on weekends or whatever.Now, here comes Mr. Dumbass again ( this is a common occurence in my life, as you are seeing.)

After doing 2 weekends and getting to know ( atleast thats what I thought) the jailing procedures. A couple of the inmates wanted me to bring some smokes and MJ into the jail. At first I was like " no, I don't think so". Then I started thinking what the hell, they aren't searching me. I tell one of my friends I'm goona do this. Of course he says that I'm crazy and I'm gonna get busted. I basically say this to him. They don't search me, I go in this room change, grap a pad and my orange jumpsuit and up the stairs to the jail. No big deal.....Yeah, right.

So I'm doing it. I would normally go in on a Friday and get out Sunday. But this time I was on a vacation from work and decided to go in on Mon. do a couple of days, get out and go boarding the rest of the week. Well, apparently they have a different jailer on Mon. working. I wore two pair of socks and hid the weed in one of the socks. The jailer decided to search me, made me take my socks off and shake them out......busted....again.

But wait, more stupidity in this story. Since I was going to go boarding when I got out, I had my car with me, and in it about an ounce of MJ. After they find the weed. the question came, which at this point I'm completly not ready to handle. Freaking out, that I was gonna be there for a hell of lot more than a few days now. So they ask me how I got there. I told them I drove ( I know... retarded). they search my car with a drug dog. I got to watch this with all of the other inmates from the upstairs window....great. So for this one....errr 3 I was chraged with Possesion of an ounce, possesion in a jail facility, and distribution in a jail facility. Fucking Dumbass 3 fellonies and my car taken away. Not to mention the big quarter page write up about the whole thing in this little town's paper.

Pompo says, they should've charged me a misdemeanor for being a fucktard ( had to use that one ). I would've been locked away forever for that.

My lawyer eventually gets me out after doing another 8 days, straight this time, they wanted to keep me for 3 months saying I violated my probation, but lawyer worked his magic. He also had 2 fellonies dropped, and since one invloved my car, they had to give it back, with no impound fees, and the other lowered to brining contraband into a jail facility.

So now I'm a felon... Bummer.

Fast foward about seven years.

I'm driving home from work. I was there late playing cards on-line drinking a few beers.
I get pulled over for not having a light in my license plate. I thought I passed the road side sobriety test. I only had 3 beers in a 5-6 hr. time frame., but he says he smelled MJ on me and eyes were glossy as hell. He arrests me and finds weed on me. Yet another fucking stupid thing to do. Since I passed the breathalyzer test, he decides to bust me for DUID ( DUI , but with drugs). DAM!

So I do my shit, classes and piss tests, everything for nine months, I'm done Finally. No more fucking around. Fuck all this shit. I'm never driving and smoking again....Is what I was thinking.

Which brings me to yesterday. I'm coming home from my GF's house, who lives out of town. She dosen't set the alarm right, and I'm running late. I wish I could blame her for this, but we all know I can't, me being stupid for hopefully the last time. I'm driving down the highway doing 85 in a 75. Smart right there, I'm aware, but it gets better though. I know I shouldn't be going this fast as it is, but I really would like to hit this half J I have right here before work. ... bad idea. No sooner after I ger that baby going and exhaled a hit or two, that undercover state patrolman was on my ass, never saw him till it was way too late. He pulled me over and smelled the MJ. Good thing he was cool. I gave him Pompo's pipe (sorry Pompo, I owe ya one.) and the rest of my stash. He let me go with a speeding tix, not wearing a seatbelt, following to close, poss. of under an ounce of MJ and the pipe.

Well, there is my story. I hope everybody dosen't think less of me cause their bookie is a moron at times. I just think I have bad judgement when it comes to smoking and driving.
I might sound like I'm fooling around telling this story, but thats how I deal with it, try to take it in stride, and still be happy

I go to court in Oct. and I will keep everyone informed on how the case will go, with my history.

Wow. Thats quite the story! Sucks to hear you got busted again, and I'm sure that last thing you need is to be chewed out by the members of the Lounge.

That said, I'm glad you shared your story, because I've been known to carry a bit of bud in the car on the way to wherever it is...gotta keep smiling. It goes to show how you can be pulled over for nearly anything, and that its always good to keep your wits about you. I know its really easy to get carried away smoking and driving along, and become a bit too casual about the whole thing, leaving yourself wide open for a possession ticket.

Always buckle up, man. First of all, it saves lives. Even if you're the best driver in the world, the guy barrelling at you at 80 mph is not. Also, it's one of the easiest things you can do that will help you not get pulled over.

Hope you don't get ripped a new asshole in October.

Hey FUCKTARD the BOOKIE.
After reading that I'm starting to think Micheal Vick(Say hi to him for me when you see him) isn't such a dumb ass. Smuggling weed into jail.... CLASSIC
I guess I'll be checking my bookie parlor wins and losses a little closer from here on out.
Can you put up odds or maybe an under/over on when your next bust will be, in the bookie parlor. I definitely want some of that action.
So next time you get busted (Pretty sure there WILL be a next time) make sure you tell LEO that your a book maker on a Marijuana website to go along with whatever it is you get hooked up for. They'll probably go a little easier on ya.

Man you're a mess.... I'd throw some rep your way on this one but I figure you'd probably just figure out a way to smoke it on your drive home

All i can say is wow.................... Its like your trying to fuck up. You should really read up on what your rights are where ever you live.. You give up your rights for searches way to easily.
Most of the searches seem to be based on the officers subjective opinion which can often make evidence inadmissible later in court. Never give up your right for a search. Often the officer will go ahead anyways even though you said no , but like i said anything that is found will be inadmissible.

This definitely goes into the stoner hall of shame for fuck ups. sorry dude never heard of such an appalling sequence of events.

im pretty sure he did have the right to search you after finding stuff in your car but im not too sure about his right to originally search your car...but anywayz it blows that you got caught so many times for grass....to think all this trouble over a little harmless plant
