Hardly anyone in Japan smokes. Hardly anyone in Japan breaks the law. It's a very different culture. 98% of arrests result in convictions and almost everyone confesses. The police can search anywhere they want to at will.

The last QP I bought here in Ohio cost $500, or $4.41 a gram.

I wonder why they so many people confess? Probably because they are not afraid to use force. I've been to Tokyo and their police are harsh. Hell i was inside a building and i knocked on the window to get the attention of a friend and an officer outside looked at me and wagged his finger at me.

You can be held without charges for ten days. The interrogation methods they are allowed to use are much harsher than American cops could get away with. The Japanese people are used to unquestioning obedience to authorities.

Everything is expensive in Japan, at least as far as consumable products go. Cheap coffee can fetch a good $4 or $5 at a nice restaurant.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to get caught with any weed in Japan. Seeing how Japan is fairly liberal about a lot of things we aren't here, it's odd they are so crazy about drugs. I suppose the U.S. has been giving them some hand-me-down Reefer Madness videos.
