...now, I have been smoking since I was 15yo, now 23, like everyone I had my share of close-calls, stories, ripoffs, ect.

Now, there is this girl will call R, she I used to be very close, brother/sister close, she is my exboss, good friend. Now, she has been doing alot wired things, but, I kept sticking up for her.

She is also one of the few people where I live in Indiana that can get herb like I am used to on the West Coast. She calls me up the two days ago to let me know that some just came in, did I want any.

I say yes, she drives over to pickup the money (the last of my money) like she has done a thousand times, says she will be back in an hour. Never shows, doesn't answere her phone...

Sucks to get burned.

damnnnn thats pretty rough.. personally i never give anyone my money unless ive known them for more then 5 years.. which is prettty much nobody except my best friend basically my brother, his parents are like parents to me too, ive known him for almost 8 years and weve been best friends for about 7 years. Other then him i dont give anyone my money unless im going with them to get the buds or whatever.. a friend of mine well call him S, and another friend well call him E, S has been my boy for about 5 years, and E was my good friend for about 3.. So E rips S off on 55 dollars, he said he got pulled over and stuff but idk ... S was pretty pissed, but E about 5 months down the road OD's and died...

In 40 years of smoking, I've never been burned. Why? I never part with my money until I've seen the weed. If a dealer doesn't want a F2F with me, or won't trust the go-between to bring back the money, I'll just find someone who will.

I may have more success with this than people who buy small bags. I rarely buy less than an ounce and usually buy a QP if I like the weed. That motivates dealers to be more friendly.

That is what I almost always do. Unless it is my brother or girlfriend. However, I have known her for several years. It was a rare break in my personal policly.

One of my good friends gives me money to get weed if we are splitting a 5 grams for $40.. and I give her the money too if she is getting it. I don't think you should blame yourself for her dishonesty. It's not like you gave the money to a stranger; you said you guys were close.
Don't worry, Karma is a bitch and she will get hers.

don't sweat it man, it sucks ass that that happend to u dude, but everything will settle out in the future. WWho know's maybe she got stopped by the cops or something?

From what I understand she is now living with her sister (her life partner kicked her out for taking out 8700$ from their accounts and spending it on ????), she is being hunted by the Feds for conterfiting(sp?) bills/ passing bad checks.

Her sister is a very, very bad person as is her husband. The money isn't worth my life. Just sad really.

I miss my friends/life/the scene in B'ham Washington....
