Part 1

I get a ticket from a cop which says my driver's license should display xxxx address.

Part 2

I request a court date to argue that my address is not the xxxx address mentioned above.

Part 3

5 months later:

They send me an order to appear in court... but they send it by mail to xxxx address. ... the very same address that I was disputing to ever have lived at!

Part 4

1.5 months letter:

I get a letter telling me that I owe about $300 for missing court plus the ticket plus the reinstatement fee (the unsuspension, if you will, because my license is suspended).

Now... somehow this letter was sent to my real address.
