I want to be cremated then mixed with rice and feed to a bird off the top of half dome. (yosemite for those of you that dont know) yup, good way to go in my opinion

I want everybody to focus on moving on, and respecting my death, for what it used to be, life. Speakers bumping music, pictures of me on a huge imax sized screen, movies I made that never made it to the public for everyone to laugh at, and everybody will be doin' their poison, laughing it up, eventually forgetting about me entirely for the time being... but when they look back on the memories, they remember the guy I was.

I'd prefer not to have a funeral.

Call it a romantic notion if you will, but I'd prefer not to be dressed up in an outfit I'd never wear if I were living, with makeup that I wouldn't be caught dead in (see what I did there?), in a box that is just going to sit six feet under for who-know-how-long.

Personally, burn my dead ass.

Then, use my burnt body to fertilize something. At least then, I'll have helped someone in my days-of-death, rather than having people mourn over a corpse.

I wouldn't like a funeral perse but a memorial service. Play a few of my favorite songs, have a few of my favorite readings and have a feast in my honor.

I would then like to be cremated and have my ashes spread over the Mendenhall Glacier, my backyard....

I have given this some thought and I'd want them to play "Don't Look Back in Anger" by Oasis. I don't have any other requests.. just for people not to grieve too much, and for it to be more of a celebration of my life.
