Get something she would like from one of your friends and give it to her. Tell her you spent the money on her gift and were going to save it but she's being so ridiculous you had to ruin the surprise. You get the satisfaction of guilt-tripping your mom and getting out of trouble lol.

Really, don't try to trick your parents, and don't lie to them. It's bad karma, and it won't work. You just dug yourself in a deeper hole, she doesn't trust you even less...it's time to man up, be honest, and take what is handed down on you.

If you know your Dad smokes, have you thought about talking to him separately? It sounds like your Mom is being the big pain in this situation. As a parent of a teenager, I know I'd appreciate a frank talk with my son & I would keep things on the downlow & away from Mom. Of course your results may vary, you know your Dad better than I do.

Also, as someone else said, if you live in the USA, you are your own man at 18. Your Pa might not give you the Trailblazer, but they can't stop you from getting a license at that point.

I say use your freinds piss. Warm it up before hand though to avoid suspicion. I was in the same boat 2 months ago, but i didnt pass. I then bombarded them with articles (google will help, its not hard) and now my parents are seriously considering letting me smoke as long as my grades etc stay good. I will say though it is a pain, and a long pain at that, and if you can get away with it, thats the best way. IMO parents shouldn't be able to govern our lives. Ik our brains arent fully developed and i understand that, but thats like saying since we dont have full brains we arent fully human, and that just isnt true. We should have all the same legal rights that adults have (which we dont, look at the juvy court system). oPpReSsIoN is how i see it.

That day, is the day you turn 18. Until then, your parents are responsible for Feeding you, Clothing you, making sure you don't die, etc.


This is coming from a 17 year old, so don't see it as someone talking down to you. Only as someone being a Pragmatist.

Idk man, I know if I was in your situation I would probably use my friends clean piss. If you know they are going to drug test you, and you already know they consequences, I don't think they would cut you much slack if you told them. If I was a parent and had my kid do that, I would be thinking "The only reason Johnny just told me is because he just wants to keep the trailblazer" and be pissed that you didn't say anything earlier. Anyways, just my 2c...good luck bro

Edit: Didn't realize you already took it, have her give you another one, and use the friends piss again. Their own fault if they want to keep wasting money on testing you, because when it comes down to it, you're not going to stop are you? I think not, I know I wouldn't...
