my state is going up in flames!! from malibu all the way down to san diego! thats fucking nuts!
ive never seen a wildfire before, down the street from my neighborhood the hill in its entirity is on fire.
me and my bro have been chasin it down trying to get as close as we can, most streets are blocked, weve found a few good lookout spots, its is INSANE.
started 2 days ago in malibu, now its all the way down the coast. some think a few of them popped up from arson. its pouring ash down everywhere, your white car will turn brown in a matter of minutes in my area. the winds are intense every so often, then perfectly still for a few minutes.some places the smoke is so thick you cant see.my place of work was smokey all day.
these hills are what some christians think hell would look like, the land is charred and red with flames popping up everywhere.

Damn guys, I hope you all stay safe! Dreamer, if the fire is so close to ya, why haven't you evacuated yet? I would be so scared!!

I have been watching this on the news, and the news said it was arson. Why in the hell does someone do something like this? They have to be screwed in the head.

I hope no one here loses their home.

I have family in San Diego and I am panicked about them. My sister hasn't been evacuated yet though. My home town is in the middle of Malibu and San Diego. I have a lot of memories there and I don't want it to go up in smoke. Thank god a fire can't take my memories away. Like I said in a post elsewhere.....people say Cali will sink into the ocean, not once did they say it would burn.

mani hate see forest burn... even tho it grows back healthier over time it sucks to see such beautifl landscape and very nice houses go up in flames... i live in georgia and we are actually about to run out of water in the county im living in... they say we have two months of water supply left and if we use that we will havet o drain the local lakes.. if you ask me the worlds coming to an end but yeath thats a whole nother topic

We've had few bad fires around these parts the last few years.

Fires defintely suck, and to think some of these were arson.

Hey dreamer, be safe and take care of yourself. I know where your comming from. I've lived here all my life and have been through several of these. One time it got within say 100 yards of my back fence. The Fire Dept was dragging hoses through my backyard to get up on the hill behind the house. The closest one to me right now is the Silverado Canyon Fire. I could see the flames this morning but its still at a safe distance (knock,knock,knock). With these winds though it travels pretty fast.
Anyway like I said take care and if your chasing them remember the smoke can take you over well before you get to the flames. Be careful.
