It happens all the time.
People I talk with day in and day our all too often cite stories, true or not, of friends or friends of friends who bullshit their way into getting a Medical Marijuana Card.
At the same time these same folks I'm speaking with acknowledge that while they don't currently, they might support legislation in favor of MMJ if it were not for the abuse they think is taking place.

I hope this gives you guys pause. I understand it's tempting to ignore the bigger picture in favor of personal gratification and, believe it or not, I am not judging you. But think about all the decades of prohibition and repression which still plagues us and then consider putting the needs of the many before those of just a few... Note to the Mods - This subject of this thread seems like it morphed from the OP's intent. I ask your indulgence that I posted this last thought anyway.
