| For some reason I've became interested in names. Mine, taking the spotlight of course. Kyler isn't some weird word I decided to put before a differently spelled "Smiler". It's my real name and knickname combined, but anyways. So I was researching on the net, (not too in depth, just a couple of glances at various pages) when I discovered that I may very well have been the first (in our era) Kyler in the USA. I've noticed the name is gaining some popularity, as you can see in US consensus charts. But this single chart, rather, also shows that the first Kyler recorded on that chart started in 1990, which also happens to be the year I was born. That's my story, if anyone has a unique name or has heard about some "rare" name, or found any other useful links to my story (or any others, if this thread lives) please post away. Edit: I also discovered that my name is a Danish word for "archer" or "bowman". Can anyone verify that? I know some online translators are WAY off
