|  College Park, MD I would like to preface this by saying, very clearly, I am neither asking for a hook-up, nor asking for anything of the sort. What's the scene like there? Are the cops hot and heavy on users or are they a bit lax? I'm in Ohio at the moment (where the penalty is a fine if it's under an ounce... not that I've ever had that problem in the past...) so the penalty is worse, but enforcement is really what I'm curious about. |
