i just got some and smoked it. It tasted really salty. I'm just wondering if anyone else had this occur to them

One time while driving home, a cop got behind me and I happened to have one little tiny bud on me.. So I popped it in my mouth.. ... I thought I ate a Jalapeño pepper or something. That was one spicy bud! Right after I swallowed it, the copper changed lanes and turned left. I was pissed.

The person you bought it from probably added salt to make it look like crystals to increase the selling price and weight. If this was the case some salt would probably be at the bottom of the bag.

I've never had weed that taste like salt, either the smoke or the buds itself.

Either it was tainted with something, or the buds were actually salted, or your trolling, or you were just stoned and thought you tasted salt.

Shrimp boat's pick up bails from the sea and ocean that have had a slice cut in the wrapping and dumped overboard to sink. Because of the bouyancy of the herb bail, it goes down to about thirty feet and stop, hanging in the water, floating there until the whole bail gets soaked.

Shrimpers will cast their nets and pull a bail up every once in awhile. You can still get high off it after it's dried, but you can never shake the taste of salt water.

We used to call it "Sea Weed"...........

is that a true story? people sell weed that has been soaking in sea water for an extended period of time? it sounds to crazy to be true

I met a girl from Florida when I was at East Lansing College in Lansing, Michigan. Her dad had run a shrimpboat for years. He told some good stories about the Gulf and things he had seen in his years on the water.

Any way, yes, it's a true story. I bet if you talked to any of the boat captains around there, they could tell alot of the same stories.

Sometimes, he said, they would pull one out that hadn't been cut because they were in such a hurry to get rid of it, and not get busted for it.....

Yes, that's a true story. My ex-boyfriend used to work on a crew boat and they found a bail and broght it home. We called it "Sea Weed" as well. It was some nasty tasting stuff but it did the job though. People will sell it at a discounted price if they are honest people you are dealing with.

I get that all the time, I am used to saltwater (I surf) and it doesn't taste that bad to me, and besides, it is cheaper and more potent. (probably has something to do with most of the other chemicals being washed out, but the thc still sticking to it.
