Tonight has been a horrible night. First off guys...my beloved Balkoth is gone! Yes, you read it right. Gone.

Can't be found anywhere...and the cops, animal control and I are looking for him...but I think the neighbor knows exactly where he is.

We went out of town tonight and knew we were going to be gone for quite sometime so we put him in the back yard and Luci was on her chain. Well, I guess Balkoth decided he didn't wanna be in the backyard anymore, and he got out. Tore a great big hole in the fence.

We get home around 10 tonight and I get Luci off her chain, and I come in the house, and go to the backyard and the puppies are in their pen, but Balkoth isn't. and I find a great big hole in the fence. Panic!! I call his name and call and call...nothing, So, I go to the police station and the dispatcher tells me, he came off my porch and apparently went after a neighbor. The neighbor called the police and animal control. Animal control comes out, tries to get him and he runs...and this was the last time dispatcher says anyone has seen him.

I am so upset and have cried and cried and cried!! The why's and how come's. Why didn't we bring him with us? Well, b/c it is cold and sitting in the van would have sucked...why didn't we leave him in the house? b/c we were gonna be gone a long time and we always put him in the yard like that...

But there are also some things that don't add up...

Dispatcher says neighbor was attacked. I show up at police station at 10:15 and it is now 1:10 and not a single cop has come over AND the neighbor is home. Dispatcher also tells me that the caller said both of my dogs were out...but when I got home Luci was on her chain. AND even if he did run, it isn't like him to stay gone so long. IF he was attacked, why isn't the neighbor at the dr and WHERE IS MY DOG!!!???? If they caught him (city, county, pound whoever) would they have to inform me? or if they shot him for being aggressive would they have to inform me? Damn dog never been aggressive until we moved in and that neighbor came into the picture.

This hole in my fence is huge...he peeled the fence away from the gate.

Then, I get an email, my taxes are rejected AGAIN....my ex husband filed taxes on my son AGAIN! This is two years in a row, my ex has committed tax and EIC fraud...they are close to catching up to him now...but my shit gets delayed...good thing I leave a paper trail

Anyway, please send good vibes that my dog shows up. I have driven all over town calling him, I have been down to his favorite running park LOTS of times. I have called and looked and have had friends looking and nothing. I have a place to take him if I do find him. He can't be here right now. I am so upset Still just bawling and crying, my mind is racing. I can't calm down long enough to feel if he is really dead or not. A large part of me believes the neighbor is hiding something...hell in a small town the cops could be hiding something too. But a small part of me hope he has taken shelter b/c he is scared and it is cold...and he will come home. I have my back door open and the curtains pulled back on my front door...and I am waiting and looking....
