Man i was driving out of the mall yesterday, and i hit some bad ice ( its cold and snowy here) and slid into the rear of this guys car. His shit wasn't wrecked at all, you couldnt tell, but he was acting like he was gonna take me to court or somthing. I was pretty high, but the cop couldnt tell and i dont think it was a factor really. It still sucks, but i had to get it fixed for a deer i hit a few months ago so its just an excuse to do it.

Unless that guy got seriously injured, which i doubt, he really has no grounds to sue you. You did nothing wrong really, just hit some ice and slide. Pay the ticket and dont even worry about being losing a lawsuit (even if you did your insurance would probably pay for it), the court would be easily able to tell he is just trying to gouge money.

Ha theres no ticket, it was on private property, and his car barley moved hes not hurt.

Shit, there wouldnt be a ticket anywhere that I know of. Round these parts its a no fault deal. At least no injuries occurred. Good luck with gettin that shit fixed.
