that is totally a panic attack.
the same exact thing happened to me a couple months back: heart racing, twitching, loss of focus, not able to talk well, etc. Don't worry about it man. Just take weed easy for a little while. I havn't had one sense.

Did you smoke more weed than your used too? Were you running on no sleep? An empty stomach? Sometimes that that kind of stuff can lead to a panic attack.

Simple enough, it was a panic attack. I've had them before, same exact experience.

thanks everyone for all your help the more i look into it the more I'm starting to relies it was a panic attack since i never had one it's why i was wondering if it was laced

Yeah that happened to me once a few months ago. Except with mine, I threw up 8 times because I got so nauseas. (that is spelled horribly wrong I am sure)

It happened again about 3 months later, but on a lower scale. I just felt nauseas again, and I went home and tried to sleep, but it was hard to sleep because I was in such a state of panic. I would just wake up sweaty every 5 minutes.

Since then, if I feel it coming on, I just have to talk to my friends, not think about it, and laugh a lot. Just try to have fun, and you'll feel better instantly.

Wow, so many people think they have laced bags. But since it was only a panic attack, my advice would to take only one hit at a time, and once you feel that hit, take another hit, until your good.
