I guess the good streak is over. Mom's had a few bad days again. We are trying to tell her to hang in till her birthday and now she is asking why. We are hoping to surprise her with the land clearing. She asked me why today and I remembered that she had previously said she wanted to last out through her birthday so I used that excuse. Now she is saying "oh, it doesn't matter". I am praying that she stays with us till after her birthday. I so want her to see her land cleared and get her moved onto it before she leaves us. I guess it's in God's hands and I have no say so in the matter.

BTW, she asked me to tell you all hello...so.....HELLO from mom!

Hey man Im really really sorry. I cant imagine how you feel dude. I really hope you feel alot better, and I hope something comes through. Doctors aren't always correct man something could come through, have hope.

That is just terrible. It's horrible to lose a mom, and just the thought of it makes me want to cry. I hope for the best outcome. Cherish all the moments you have with her. You may never get over this, but always remember what a great person she has always been.

I'm honestly pulling for her 29. From what you've said she seems like such a great mother. I'd hate for you to lose that. I'd hate for her to lose that. At the same time you're an amazing daughter being with her when she needs you the most. I've never known how to send good vibes in someone's direction, but consider mine as at least an honest effort.

Yes, the land is still set to be cleared on the 17th. We have even more people that is willing to help us. I was hoping to feed everyone but someone is even donating all the food and the gasoline for the trip. It's a 2 hour drive from here (Houston). People are coming out of the woodwork to help. People are volunteering like crazy. It's amazing. There really are a lot of good people still left out there in the world. Now we just have to get the pole for electricity, sewer and water lines set up. Then we will move her mobile home. I just can't wait to see her face.

Yea I am very surprised how fast this thing has taken off. I wasn't expecting all of this. I have always been one of those "gotta see it to believe it" kind of people. I have actually heard people talking about it with my own two ears so I guess I have to believe it. It's really going to happen. I owe this all to my sweetheart and God through all of your prayers and good wishes. The power of prayer and good wishes really does work. It's awesome.

What's funny though is the land is not that big. It's basically a lot. It has a house on it that needs to be cleared out IMO but my brother wants to do something with it but hell if he won't even clear the land for my mother to move on it as he promised what makes me think he will do something with that house that has a huge hole in the floor. But whatever! Once my mother is gone my brother will most likely be living in her mobile home as long as he takes care of it since it has been given to me. I have a house so I really don't need it. I just want to take care of it though for when I retire and I will have a place to go that is totally paid for. I will sell my house I live in now and move to the country. Sounds like a plan to me. But you all know how things go as you get older....plans seem to change.

I am holding up okay. It is depressing when I call my mother and she doesn't feel well enough to talk but it's part of the disease and I understand. Sometimes it's hard for her to even talk as it takes a lot out of her to even do that. I would rather her rest and not worry about me.
