When I was like 13, maybe 14, I remember finding like an inch long hair on my face. I hadn't even begun to shave yet, but once I found it I cut it off, and had to keep cutting it off every month or so. Now I shave everyday so I never get to see it anymore, but yeah, that's my hair on steroids story.

try playing classical music to your hair. put headphones over it. it may help growth slightly
