Had you not resisted, you could have taken the officer to court, and possibly made a reasonable case against him. That option went out the window the moment you resisted because you gave him reasonable grounds to use force. There's no need to get all defensive and bent out of shape over your friends here pointing out your mistakes. Just accept that you screwed up and take it as a lesson learned, no one (especially here) is going to think any less of you because of it. We all make mistakes, the trick is not to repeat them.

Whose world do you think this is? It's their's. Not our's. We lost any chance at that a long time ago. It's their world and ya better say "Boss" on the end of your answers. I play the game and after all these years I'm damn good at it. I've walked away so many times when I was carrying weight I can't even count them. What would they have had done to you if you would of just said, "Yes sir, no sir, what ever ya say sir" You would of walked away. But no, you got to try to go Mr. jail house laywer on his ass and the cop, really, in my opinion, used a great deal of restraint. My rule is if I pull on ya, your hit. I'd of just cuffed ya, stunned your ass a few jolts, and rolled to the jail, after I peppered your ass a few jolts.

Gee, think how many times I avoided that by "bending over'? I got to go home and get high and watch the tube or something instead of going for a ride and having to fuck off my life at a hospital or maybe worse. Wonder which one those scenario's sound better to you?

I know my choice......I like chillin' at the crib myself.......

Take note, Gabe: that's called playing the game instead of letting the game play you. Sometimes a little "yassuh boss"-ing will get you a lot further than fighting. We all want to fight injustice, but when you're being arrested is not the best time to do it.

Besides, when you know how to do it, there's nothing so fun as beating the law at it's own game.

Get that Vaseline, because you don't seem to understand you don't have a choice on whether you "just take it" or not. You're GOING to take it regardless at this point, so you might want to start thinking on how to make it as painless as possible.

LOL....if you read the OP, its obvious that the OP DID do something wrong. He acted very foolishly (and illegally), both at school and when confronted by the police. He brought tyhis upon himself, and now seems to think he's being bullied becuase it didn't turn out the way he had planned. Too bad......all we can hope for is that he wisens up a bit, treats this as learning experience and moves on with his life. However, given his reponses so far, I doubt this will be the last the system sees of him.

Heyyyy... i'm not pissed at the "advice" from some of you. I aam a little peeved at the implications some of you've made that this is all a story, but whatever. I didn't ask for advice, and don't want it, so don't be surprised that I'm not agreeing with or following it.
As far as the "behave and yopu could've gone home", I think whoever's saying/thinking that should re-read what I said. The first cop wanted me in his car so he could bring me back to the station. Once the other cops showed up it came out that no, I wasn't supposed to have been put in the car, and DEFINETLY not brought to the station. The only place I was supposed to have gone from the start or have had any involvment with was the hospital. So yeah, I think it's pretty obvious the cop had his head up his ass and was in the wrong.

Maybe the world you live in, but my world is mine. I'm the only person who controls my life or my "world". It doesn't matter where on earth I am, I've got my rights that I give to myself, nobody else can you "give" you rights. I've been everywhere from alone in a cave miles from anything to on 22 hour lockdown and had my rights every step of the way.

Dude you didn't get raped, if you did the shit you siad you did you got barely a slap and a tickle from the Man. Next time I expect you're going to bleeding from the ass for such actions.

And be upset if you want but your Barney Fife on steroids story is a little hard to swallow. It at least lies outside any expierence I've ever heard about in dealing with the law. First off I have trouble believing the cop would just roll up on and start getting physical then search you without first securing you in handcuffs. I can't believe he would not tell you the reason you were being detained if asked in a respectable manner. Also I may be wrong on this matter but I thought most police forces carried that type of tazers that shoots darts which would mean it would be pretty stupid of him to start poking you in the chest with it (my expierence is they get outside of armslength). And once you continued to resist I don't believe you would been able to tell that he was about to use it and decide to stop resisting, he would of just lit your ass up.

After he pulled his tazer I can't believe you weren't then handcuffed, but after you say you threw your little sissy tantrum in the backseat then assualted the officer it would have been a whole nother deal, there wouldn't be making any calls to mommy after that one, you my friend would be finding out what sodomy with the law is all about.
