I just want to put my 2 cents in, k? I have played both sides of that table. Got all stupid (only for a lack of a better word) and was areested, and put in jail. (unlike this guy that got let go) weird. Anyways, to also just being cool and walking away totaly free.

It's all in how you want to view the situation, and until later in life this guy might figure out that sometimes Honey draws a few more flies than Vinegar. Be nice, it's contagious.

You have entered a world most of us are completely ignorant of when we see or contact a police officer. We are also intimidated. That is part of the presence they wish to convey to the criminals that they come in contact with all day. That they will hurt you if you fuck up. The day of the friendly street cop is over in the big city, and small towns are becoming dope factories for the big cities......

It's a shame that a police man can't be our friend, but the war on drugs has blurred who really is a criminal in this country.....Now we almost all fear contact because of the time money and expense of even seeing a cop; and the chance you really aren't guilty but do the "time for some other mother fucker's crime".......

Oh yeah, the rights guaranteed you by the Constitution.......

Even without the the Miranda, don't say anything. "You have the right to remain silent." Can you all read that part? It means "Shut the fu".....well, on to the next one.........

"You have the right to have an attorney present before any questioning, when you ask for an attorney, the officer can ask you no more questions without your attorney present....."

Translation: Shut the fuc........oh, yeah, we covered that one.......

"If you cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint one for you."

Which means he will get bottom dollar for your, "defense", so down the tubes you go. First rule of breaking the law, make sure you can post bond, yo....

"Anything you say CAN and WILL be used against you in a court of law...."

I play by the rules. Their called the Constitution of the United States. The same rules they have to play by. I can't help it if I play better than they do, can I?

Relax and do just what the nice policeman says..... If you ask the officer if you can leave now, and he says no, you are officially detained, and your rights kick in.....Yeah, your probably going to jail, but a few short hours in jail beats the shit out of the rest of the year, homey.......

And don't forget that bond money, yo........
