So I was at school today and I decided to chillin my boy's class cause the only 6 kids there or so are straight n there was a sub (some old doofy fat guy).
So like 15 minutes into the period I got the idea of jumping out the window but everyone there was like nahh no way you can't/won't, cause it's 2nd story. So I was like fuck it... and climbed out the window and jumped. The teacher was freaking out and so was the class I jumped past. It was pretty funny thought...

So like an hour later (I wqent home and got lunch and applied for a job with my mom), came home, and I walked like 50 feet out of my yard onto the street corner and a cop stops and stops me. I didn't run cause I hadn't done anything wrong and was clean. Before I knew what was what the guy pushed me to the rtunk lid and was searching me! I was like "Hey whoa whoa what's going on?" and stepped away from him put he like pushed me back and kept searching me with me like pressed/pinned to the trunk. Whatever, i'm not gonna get physical. I let him search me but he wouldn't asnswer anything, I asked "am I under arrest?" and he told me something like "Just get in the car so we can go to tyhe station". I was like no way am I getting in that car and going to the station if I'm not under arrest or w/o being read my rights. I kept telling him that, and he started trying to push me into the open door. I wasn't going to let him push me in so I "resisted" and wouldn't get in (I didn't push him or anything, I'm not even being arrested.. wtf?). Go pinned me up against like the door/door frame and had his tazer right in my chest and said "You're going in that car either way stunned or not." no warning, no nothing. So I'm like no way still, and he fuckin puts right against my ches and looked like he was ready to use it, so I lwet him push me in the car. I was flipping out now though and started punching the sheet metal divider. the fucker tears the door open and fucking jumped on top of me. Before I could say what the fuck he had me pinned against the seat/other door and was choking me. Like straight up I couldn't breathe. I stopped fighting and held my hands back/up (well my left one, I couldnt moive my right), and tried to say I couldn't breathe. Instead it was just like gargling sorta. He says "You want to break my car? Huh? Well now you ARE under arrest"
At that point I kinda just lot it (I still couldn't breathe) and freaked out and started trying to hit him with my left hand and kneeing him between his left with my right leg. I hit his radio or something once and cut my knuckle, but caught like the joint of his chin the second time pretty nice. I only got one good kneein I'm pretty sure he'll have a couple extra somethings between his stomach and throat for the next day or 2.
After that he got off me and I chilled out (I was onluy tryingto get him off me), and he got on his radio thing. I still had my cell (he'd only taken my lighter, wallet, and pencil. I had keys and my phone) and called my house and was like "yo WTF get out here". By then there was 2 other cops (a "undercover" car n a regular) there n a ambulance showed up. Once the other cops were there my dad n mom were over there and talking to the new cops, the other guy was just standing by the car I was in (his car), and talkingto another cop.
So they let me out of the car (some other cop) and tells me I'm not under arrest/detained and I have to go to the hospital for a "psyche eval". In the ambulance though they asked me if I had a rash on my neck or if I'd been hurt. Apparently the piggy left behind some evidence. I told them what happened and made sure it was on record. I didn't see the mark till I got home... There's like a fucking 4 inch long 2 inch wide stripe down the left of my neck and blood blistered and fucked up. Asshole had leather gloves.
Anyway, apparently they thought I was trying to kill myself, and it didn't help my case that I take prozac for depression. But after two hours at the hospital getting asked questions by a nurse or something, some head shrinker-type lady, a real doctor, and a psychiatrist (scam artist).
Talk about a load of shit over a harmless prank huh?

I say you brought it all on yourself. You have no room to complain about anything that happened to you.
In fact, you got damn lucky if your story is true. Assault a cop, try to damage his vehicle, and NOT get arrested?

Read through your whole post again and really wonder why all the things that happened came about. Every action has an opposite but equal reaction

What was that, if not a warning? "Get in the car or I'm going to stun you and put you in the car!" If he'd just zapped you, that would be "no warning".

It is never a good idea to resist the directions of a law officer or to go berserk in a police car. If the arrest or detention isn't valid, it can be worked out later. That's why they invented lawyers.

I'm sorry, but this just doesn't sound like how a real police officer would act. Unless you ran across one corrupt sonofabitch with nothing better to do that afternoon, I find it hard to believe that he would stop you, search you, pin you against his car then threaten you with a tazer with what seems to be little or no provocation on your part. Then, after putting you in the back of the car, he jumps on you, pins you down and chokes you? Because you were beating on the metal divider? And then, after you have provoked the officer and given him grounds to arrest or detain you, they send you to a hospital, give you a psychiatric evaluation, then let you walk free? I might be missing something here, but altogether it doesn't seem very plausible. (I'm hoping Phuzz or one of the other L.E.O. posters will jump in on this, I'm sure they would find more holes than I did.)

If it did go down exactly the way you said, then I'm sorry, that's a truly shitty situation. I hate to see anyone become a victim of overzealous authority. However, you have to understand that this story is pretty out there, and I'm sure I won't be the only one to have doubts about your version of it. Could you provide some more details? Maybe give us some insight as to why the officer felt it necessary to stop you in the first place and why he saw fit to use the amount of force that he did?

I got pulled over on the way home tonight (literally like 30 mins ago) for a burned out left tail light. Actually i ALSO got pulled over for the same thing 2 weeks ago, tried to fix it myself, figured out it wasn't the bulb but faulty wiring. The cop tonight was really nice, i showed him the extra taillight bulbs i had with me and told him i was trying to fix it when we found out it was the wiring. He went back to his car and ran my information and told me to sit tight. Then about 5 mins later he came back and just gave me a warning and told me i was free to go, he also said he was going to let my mirror slide (it was spiderwebbed while i was playing lacrosse, no foul, a teammate did it and apologized n shit) and the fact that i was driving an hour past my license curfew, AND the fact that i was on the phone when they started to pull me over. So moral of the story, not all cops are bad and if you just let them do their shit usually you can develop a respect between them and they don't come down hard. That guy could have had my license taken away EASILY (four laws broken all at one stop) and he just let me go...

Yeah, he could've made better decisions, but he didn't. What is all of you jumping on the bandwagon telling him how stupid he is gonna change?

He's young, and look what the officer did to him. He jumped out of a window, and gets choked to the point of marks on his neck and all you guys can say is, for the most part, you're stupid.

He shares a story, and all of you wanna preach. I'm disappointed in you guys as a stoner. I really am.
